Qualifications

• Provides customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in security within healthcare environments is preferred.
• Ability to learn and operate scheduling and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site‑specific procedures and security‑related responsibilities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and assist with emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and help support a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately; communicate relevant information to supervisors, facility personnel, and/or emergency responders.
