Qualifications

• Experience in health care setting working directly with patients.
• For Pediatrics, experience in healthcare setting working with pediatric patients.
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care coordinator for patients and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Coordinate appointments and provide logistical support to patients.
• Serve as a liaison between the patient and medical team; direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Facilitate collection of medical records, insurance and financial information.
• Communicate with patients in person, by telephone or via e-mail.
