Job summary

TouchPoint is hiring part-time Patient Server roles at Henry Ford Genesys in Grand Blanc, MI. The schedule typically runs 6:15 am–2:45 pm or 3:00 pm–7:00 pm, including weekends and holidays. Prior patient server experience is preferred, and the team offers training.

The role requires lifting up to 100 pounds and strong communication with patients and staff. As a TouchPoint team member, you will support patient meals, tray assembly, and delivery while following dietary restrictions and HIPAA

Qualifications

• Previous patient server experience preferred.
• Willing to train.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections and tray assembly.
• Deliver and pick up trays, accommodate special requests and dietary needs.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure diet prescriptions are accurate and patient needs are met.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
