Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Patient Registration Representative in Hoffman Estates, IL to welcome patients, collect accurate information, and register them across multiple systems. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact and help navigate insurance details with speed and care.

No healthcare experience is required—training is provided. You’ll work in a fast-paced setting, balance empathy with efficiency, and grow within our patient access and revenue cycle teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Register patients across multiple computer systems accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phones and gather information quickly and precisely.
