R1 RCM Inc is seeking a Patient Registration Customer Service Representative at Ascension IL Alexian Brothers in Elk Grove Village, IL. You’ll greet patients, verify information, and help them navigate the registration process in a fast-paced hospital setting.

No healthcare background? No problem. We’ll train you. You will work across computer systems, answer calls, and collect insurance details with empathy, accuracy, and composure to support patients and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to pass background check and vaccination requirements.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
