Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Counsel patients, administer immunizations where permissible, and ensure safe dispensing practices.
• Oversee pharmacy operations as the primary pharmacist-on-duty when needed, coaching staff and maintaining compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
