FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – East Point, GA is seeking a dependable Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This role focuses on accurate scheduling, patient check-in/out, and friendly, professional service to support physicians and therapists.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a busy healthcare setting, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn EMR systems like WebPT.

Competenze

• Experience in medical front-office or healthcare administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills necessary.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a team healthcare setting.

Mansioni

• Greet patients with a friendly, professional demeanor and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments accurately.
