Responsibilities

• Perform registrations and admissions promptly and accurately.
• Verify insurance information and assist with billing tasks.
• Provide charity care and Medicaid information to patients.
• Answer questions about hospital policies and procedures.
• Coordinate daily workflow to ensure timely processing of accounts.
• Maintain accurate patient financial records and documentation.
• Support in ED and inpatient processes as needed.
• Collaborate with supervisor and other departments to improve efficiency.
