Palatine Park District is hiring for a Part-Time Parks Maintenance Worker to help keep our outdoor spaces well-maintained. If you enjoy working outside and take pride in your work, this role is for you, with duties including mowing, raking, trimming, and debris clean-up.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, and have a valid Driver's License. The position offers up to 30 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00–$18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Parks maintenance and/or landscape experience preferred.
• High school graduate or equivalent and must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Duties include mowing, raking, trimming, debris cleanup, leaf cleanup, and other general maintenance duties.
• Perform general maintenance duties as assigned.

This position works up to 30 hours/week year-round and the work hours are 6:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Overtime and weekend coverage may be required. The starting pay rate for this position is $17.00 to $18.00/hour.
