Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Cashier, customer service, retail, or parking experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate POS systems.
• Strong mathematical and cash-handling skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collect and process payments using cash, credit/debit cards, and other methods.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Balance cash drawer and complete daily reconciliation.
• Assist customers with parking rates, directions, and inquiries.
• Monitor parking equipment and report issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Communicate with supervisors and teammates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
