Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to drive manual transmission.
• One (1) year of Valet and Cashier experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist guests with questions, problems, and concerns using respectful communication.
• Relay concerns to shift lead or Operations Manager as needed.
• Provide quick, responsive, and excellent customer service.
• Follow company procedures and safety regulations.
• Issue and collect visitor parking tickets and verify rates.
• Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges; account for funds.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to management.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
