2) $20 is a summer season premium rate, resetting to $16 in September 2025

This is a seasonal position based in Hershey, Pennsylvania, primarily from May to September. No relocation or additional benefits are provided.

Parking Attendants are the first and last point of contact for guests, responsible for guest safety, directing parking, maintaining vehicle flow, setting up signage, processing transactions, and assisting guests with questions. This role is not valet.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, requiring approachability, courtesy, product knowledge, clear communication, and professionalism. Skills are primarily acquired through on-the-job training.

Major duties include:

• Being approachable and guest-focused
• Greeting guests with a smile and courtesy
• Listening to guest needs and providing assistance
• Expressing gratitude to guests
• Greeting, welcoming, and informing guests to meet service standards
• Providing information and assistance effectively
• Processing payments using basic math skills
• Directing traffic during peak times

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Maintaining a neat appearance and uniform standards
• Standing or walking for 5-8 hours
• Lifting and pushing 25-50 pounds
• Bending, stooping, twisting
• Repetitive hand, finger, and wrist motions
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Parking experience preferred but not required
