PAY RATE: $13.85 per hour DOQ.

Eligible part-time employees will receive up to a $5.75 per hour retention bonus for all hours worked from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Click here for details.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Work activities involve custodial maintenance and basic upkeep of park buildings, structures, and signs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The following describes the general nature of duties; employee may perform other duties as assigned.

• Cleans and maintains restrooms and picnic shelters throughout the park
• Cleans office and maintenance buildings

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Driver's License required
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to work varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to traverse sandy, marshy, or wooded terrain
• Good interpersonal skills with co-workers, supervisors, and visitors
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to load, unload, and move materials as needed
