Job Description
Lighthouse is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team of professionals. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to male children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Your work will directly contribute to their growth, development, and improved quality of life as you build relationships with children and their families.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a Behavior Technician at Lighthouse include:

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide individualized, one-on-one therapy sessions
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills
• Foster positive therapeutic relationships
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to review and modify treatment plans
• Communicate with parents/caregivers about goals and progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
