Job summary

Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, seeks a Paraprofessional to support students in Hoboken, NJ during the school day. This part-time role offers flexibility with a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule and opportunities for growth within Catapult Learning partner schools.

You will advocate, mentor, and assist teachers by facilitating instructional programs and tracking student progress while maintaining confidentiality and a positive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and be able to communicate effectively with students and families.
• Proficiency with basic computer software and Microsoft Office.
• Belief that all children can learn and grow with support.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of instructional programs, class work, and assessments for students.
• Maintain program instructional materials and computer lab components.
• Conduct attendance and program tracking and reports.
• Monitor students’ materials use and behavior to keep them on task.
• Foster a positive classroom environment and maintain confidentiality of students and families.
• Other duties as assigned.
