Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited paramedic training program.
• Current paramedic certification and licensure in the State.
• 2+ years of experience as a paramedic.
• ALS and BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with sensitive health issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments including vitals and patient history.
• Assist with or perform diagnostic procedures such as blood draws and vital checks.
• Administer medications and treatments under physician supervision.
• Maintain and sanitize clinic equipment and preparation areas.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately in the chart.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to HIPAA and other healthcare regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
