Job summary

HRDC Dist IX, Inc. is seeking a part-time para-transit bus driver to provide transportation for seniors and individuals with a disability in Southwest Montana. The role is 15–20 hours per week with mostly day shifts and some evenings/weekends.

The position pays $24.00 per hour and requires driving a variety of vehicles with appropriate safety protocols. Applicants must hold a Montana class D license and complete required safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED required.
• Montana class D driver license and insurance.
• First Aid and CPR certification (training provided).
• Pre-hire, random, post-accident, and/or reasonable suspicion alcohol and drug testing required.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicles in a safe and prudent manner.
• Pre-trip inspections and bus maintenance.
• Tallies riders and donations; maintains mileage log.
• Attend organizational meetings and trainings; uphold property standards.
