Responsibilities

• Serve as Program Director for all DHS Stepping Stones sites.
• Supervise students in large and small group settings.
• Assist certified instructors and community representatives with activities.
• Engage with students, model social skills and promote healthy relationships.
• Facilitate behavioral interventions per Stepping Stones policies.
• Ensure health and safety of students at all times.
• Assist students with academic activities and promote good work habits.
• Participate in prep, facilitation and cleanup of activities.
