Job summary

Qualifications

• Must maintain good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students in large and small group settings.
• Assist certified instructors and community representatives with activities.
• Engage with students to model social skills and relationships.
• Facilitate behavioral interventions per program policies.
• Communicate professionally with staff, students, families, and the public.
• Provide direct supervision and ensure health and safety.
• Assist with academic activities and foster good work habits.
• Prepare, facilitate and clean up activities; maintain materials and space.
• Other duties as requested.
• Complete 12 hours of ongoing professional development annually.
• Obtain DHS Child Care Assistance, Mandatory Reporter Training, CPR/First Aid within 60 days.
