Job summary

The Archway is seeking a Part-Time PAIP Facilitator to support the Partner Abuse Intervention & Prevention program in Arlington and Fort Worth offices. The role involves co-facilitating PAIP groups, documenting client data within 24 hours, and completing required battering intervention and family violence trainings.

Applicants should have a relevant bachelor’s degree or working toward one, knowledge of clinical intervention and ethics, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of clinical intervention, social work theory and ethics.
• Experience or knowledge of family violence theory preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn additional software.

Responsibilities

• Co-facilitate in-person PAIP groups for domestic violence offenders, at least two 2-hour sessions weekly.
• Accurately document group notes and client data within 24 hours of group sessions.
• Complete State-mandated initial training: 25 hours of battering intervention and 15 hours of family violence.

The Archway is seeking a Part-Time PAIP Facilitator.

The facilitator co-facilitates in-person reformative groups for domestic violence offenders in the agency’s Partner Abuse Intervention & Prevention (PAIP) program. The facilitator co-facilitates a minimum of two 2-hour PAIP group sessions weekly using the Domestic Abuse Intervention Program’s (DAIP) model of partner abuse intervention. Additionally, this position supports other PAIP program offerings. This position requires the accurate documentation of group notes and client data entering within 24 hours of group in our Arlington and Fort Worth offices. Facilitators are required to complete State-mandated initial training in 25 hours of battering intervention, and 15 hours of family violence.

The facilitator must be able to work flexible hours including nighttime and Saturdays.
