Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist for Store #703380 in Minot, ND. You will assist in-person and by phone, determine customer needs, and present suitable product solutions to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

You will support sales goals, manage transactions, stock shelves, and help with deliveries as needed while upholding store standards and product knowledge. Bilingual abilities and prior paint/product experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options.
