Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist at Store #3511 in Milwaukee. You will help customers, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions while maintaining store appearance and high service standards.

You will handle sales transactions, assist with deliveries as needed, and strive to meet monthly and yearly sales targets. This role requires flexibility for evenings/weekends and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs when necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain work order files and inventory.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
