Job summary

The GIANT Company in Doylestown, PA is seeking a backstock team member to unload trucks, break down pallets, restock shelves, and prepare store displays. This role supports backstock operations, replenishment, and the daily flow of products to the sales floor.

You will work with DSD/vendor backstock on non-delivery days, lift up to 50 lbs, and meet safety and attendance standards. Opportunities to learn, teamwork, and contribute to a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements
• Must meet company performance standards including regular attendance
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stocking items
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock
• Stock and replenish mass or end displays, rotate product, and present shelving as requested by store management or replenishment lead
• Remove out of code items using most efficient methods for rotation.
