We are looking to add a Part-Time Parking Cashier to our operations team at the airport. This individual will be responsible for inspecting vehicles and checking customers in/out from the parking garage. Part-Time is typically 16-25 hours a week, but could vary depending on availability and desired work hours.

We are looking to add a Part-Time Parking Cashier to our operations team at the airport. This individual will be responsible for inspecting vehicles and checking customers in/out from the parking garage. Part-Time is typically 16-25 hours a week, but could vary depending on availability and desired work hours.

Job Duties

Address customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.

Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions

Monitor traffic control

Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage

Report damages to on-duty supervisor

Scan returning vehicles back into system

Provide computerized receipt to customer

Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.

Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

1 year of customer service experience

Professional communication skills

Problem resolution experience

Minimum age of 21

Valid driver's license

Clean driving record
