Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and monitor clients for changes in physical, behavioral, or mental health status.
• Respond appropriately to medical concerns and emergencies.
• Document nursing and medication data in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with treatment team to maintain a safe environment.
