Qualifications

• No prior experience or formal education required; training provided.
• Ability to read and write in English to communicate effectively.
• Driver's license and safe driving record; ability to pass a DHS background check.
• Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships while providing guidance, encouragement, and support.
• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, hygiene, meals, and transportation.
• Support community involvement and independent living skills.
• Advocate for rights and preferences of those served.
• Monitor health and well‑being and report changes to the team.
• Complete required documentation and participate in training and team meetings.
