Enterprise Mobility: Part Time Overnight CDL Bus Driver

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Overnight CDL Bus Driver. The Bus Driver provides superior, friendly, efficient service during the rental car process, transporting customers to and from the rental facility in a safe and timely manner. Establishes and maintains clear communication with other bus operators and management to ensure a consistent, high level of customer service. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on customer needs and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

Compensation and Location: The pay for this position is $20.50/hr, located at Detroit Metro Airport - 338 Lucas Drive, Detroit, MI 48242 (Romulus Area).

Requirements: This position requires a commercial driver's license (CDL) and compliance with DOT requirements, including a pre-employment drug test and physical.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Transport customers safely, maintaining a clean and comfortable vehicle.
• Ensure the bus is mechanically sound and scheduled maintenance is up to date.
• Obey traffic laws, practice defensive driving, and use seatbelts at all times.
• Assist passengers on and off the bus and with luggage as needed.
• Operate radio communication professionally, using ten-codes to inform base and other buses of traffic and location status.
• Inspect the bus for damage, report safety or maintenance issues to management.
• Follow designated routes and bus spacing standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a CDL with Passenger and Brake Endorsements.
• Minimum of 1 year bus driving experience transporting passengers.
• No more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years; no DUI/DWI in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug test to obtain a Medical Card.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, aside from religious observances.
