Job Overview:
Cub Forest Lake is seeking a dedicated individual for a part-time dairy/frozen food stocker position. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, organizing products, ensuring product freshness through rotation, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Job Responsibilities:

• Stocking aisles and building displays
• Sorting dairy/frozen stock loads
• Assisting cashiers with price checks and product replacement
• Helping customers locate products and answering questions
• Handling department phone calls and referring inquiries as needed
• Adhering to store and department policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Operating equipment such as hand jacks, power jacks, box cutters, flatbeds, and compactors
• Walking and standing for extended periods
• Basic reading, writing, math, and memorization skills
• Providing prompt, courteous customer service
• Good judgment and ability to work independently
• Following verbal or demonstrated instructions and requesting supplies as needed
• Working flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 years or older

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting and carrying up to 70 lbs
• Pushing/pulling up to 2500 lbs
• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, and repetitive motions
