Job summary

Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services is seeking a Part Time Outpatient Therapist to provide individual and family therapy for youth ages 2–21 in office settings with flexible scheduling. You will join an integrated treatment team and participate in specialized trainings and supervision.

Responsibilities include completing intakes, delivering at least 10 hours of therapy weekly, creating a resiliency plan within 3 sessions, and ensuring follow-through on psychiatric recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in psychology, counseling or social work.
• Experience conducting individual and/or family therapy, preferably with children and adolescents.
• Proficient verbal and written communication; organized and computer-literate.

Responsibilities

• Completes intakes as necessary and delivers individual and family therapy for a minimum of 10 hrs per week.
• Creates initial resiliency plan within 3 sessions and ensures proper documentation.
• Reviews Psychiatric evaluations and ensures recommendations are followed.
• Assists in hospitalization if required.
