Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Pennsylvania seeks a Full Time Outpatient Therapist to provide individual, family, and collateral therapy within an integrated treatment team. The position emphasizes evidence‑based practices, client‑centered care, and streamlined documentation. Typical hours 10:00 a.m.

– 6:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., salary range $56,637–$64,566.18 annually with a $2,000 sign‑on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Experience providing individual and/or family therapy, preferably with children and adolescents.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Ability to travel to the work site and a flexible schedule.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and collateral therapy for assigned individuals, including intakes as needed.
• Implement at least one specialized evidence‑based practice (DBT, TF‑CBT, or PCIT).
• Create an initial resiliency plan within three sessions and ensure proper documentation.
• Review all psychiatric evaluations and confirm recommendations are followed.
• Assist in hospitalization when required.
