Chicago Allergy & Asthma is hiring a part-time Medical Assistant for our outpatient allergy and asthma specialty group in Chicago, IL. The role involves administering allergy injections, assisting with reactions, skin testing, spirometry, and patient communication. Flexible schedule and 15–25 hours/week.

Minimum 6 months outpatient office experience required; IL nursing experience is necessary. We offer competitive pay between $21.00 and $31.00 per hour and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as nurse in IL required.
• One year of RN experience in an office setting preferred.
• Experience in allergy and asthma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primarily administer allergy injections.
• Assist in treatment of potential allergic reactions.
• Skin testing.
• Spirometry.
• Communicate with patients via phone calls.
