• Master of Social Work degree required.
• Current LMSW license in Michigan or equivalent licensure.
• Good standing and suitability for internal transfer considerations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement treatment.
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy as appropriate.
• Coordinate supports and collateral contacts as patient needs dictate.
• Attend weekly treatment team meetings and program milieu meetings.
