STGi is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services at a VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic in Jonesboro, AR. The role requires collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other staff to integrate nutrition care into the patient’s treatment plan.

Responsibilities include developing nutrition care plans, delivering education to patients and groups, and leading the MOVE Weight Management Program.

Qualifikationen

• REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Verbal and written communication skills; MS Office, EMR navigation; detail orientation and multi-tasking; CPR/BLS current; 1 year clinical nutrition experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Independently plans, develops, and directs all nutritional care activities for assigned Veterans and coordinates with care teams.
• Gathers nutritional data, diagnoses nutrition problems, and develops individualized medical nutrition therapy plans.
• Manages MOVE Weight Management Program; conducts group education and weight management counseling.
• Serves as nutrition expert on interdisciplinary treatment team and advises on nutrition goals and efficacy.
