Job summary

STGi is seeking a Dietitian to provide services at the VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Tupelo, Mississippi. The role covers clinical nutrition management, education, and research collaboration within the MOVE Weight Management Program and an interdisciplinary team.

The Dietitian will assess patients, develop nutrition care plans, and lead group education sessions, working closely with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to integrate nutrition into overall care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an ACEND/CADE-accredited program.
• Must hold one advanced practice credential (CNSC/CSR/CSG/CDE/CSO).
• Registered Dietitian/National Provider Identifier (NPI) credentialing may apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and direct nutritional care for Veterans.
• Gather data to diagnose nutrition problems and develop individualized care plans.
• Evaluate outcomes and revise nutrition plans as needed; provide counseling.
