Utz Quality Foods is hiring a Part-Time Outlet Store Associate at our Factory Outlet Store in Hanover, PA! In this role, you’ll provide friendly and helpful customer service, restock and sell our delicious products, and assist in the Mail Order Department as needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with purchase transactions and decisions by providing excellent customer service.
• Prepare the cash register daily. Complete monetary transactions and product returns.
• Ensure food safety in all areas.
• Complete daily tasks to maintain the merchandising of product movement throughout the day.
• Merchandise all areas of the retail store, including products, novelties, and clearance items.
• Move pallets of product around the warehouse, store, and backstock.
• Label and sticker products according to promotion.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the retail store.
• Work up to 28 hours per week with flexibility; a weekend shift is required.
• Store hours are 9 AM – 6 PM, open 7 days a week.

Requirements:

• Interpersonal and customer service skills for working with customers and associates.
• Cash handling and register skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow directions and accomplish multiple tasks quickly.
• Ability to use a pallet jack.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds infrequently.
• Availability to work one weekend day in addition to weekday daytime hours.
