Job summary

Utz Quality Foods, Inc. is looking for a friendly Part-Time Outlet Store Associate for our Hanover, PA factory outlet store. You will assist customers, restock products, and help in the Mail Order Department as needed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, maintaining store merchandising, and ensuring food safety across areas. Availability for up to 28 hours weekly with a weekend shift is required. Join our team and be part of Utz family!

Qualifications

• Requires interpersonal and customer service skills when working in the Retail Store with customers and other associates.
• Cash handling and register skills.
• Working with accuracy and paying attention to details.
• Ability to follow directions to accomplish multiple job tasks at a fast pace.
• Able to use a pallet jack.
• Requires the candidate to be 16 years or older.
• Daily lifting and the ability to move up to 10 pounds and infrequently up to 25 pounds is required.
• Must be available to work 1 Weekend Day in addition to during the week daytime hours.

• Completes daily tasks to maintain the merchandising of product movement though the day.
• Merchandising all area of the Retail store from Product, Novelties and Clearance
• Moving pallets of product around the Warehouse, store and backstock.
• Labels / stickers product according to promotion
• Responsible for the overall appearance of the Retail Store.
• Must be flexible to work up to 28 hours per week. A weekend shift is required.
• Retail Store hours 9 AM - 6 PM store is open 7 days a week.
