Rock Outdoors is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for its store in Littleton, NC. The role focuses on helping customers enjoy the outdoors—from paddling to camping—while educating them on gear for their next adventure.

You will provide excellent service, process sales, restock merchandise, and maintain a clean, organized floor aligned with store standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer service, accurate cash handling, and a passion for outdoor activities.

Formación

• Strong customer service and product knowledge.
• Able to consistently restock inventory on the sales floor.
• Accurate and efficient cash handling and register operation.
• Prepare merchandise for display following store standards.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and recovery on the floor.
• Follow loss prevention guidelines and safety procedures.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful store culture.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates excellent customer service standards.
• Restocks Inventory on Sales Floor.
• Runs cash register.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Maintains organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
• Follows all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention guidelines to deter theft.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintenance of a risk-free environment.
