Overview

BroadPath is hiring a part-time Outbound Customer Service Representatives to work from home! We’re looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven CSR to join our remote team. This role focuses on outbound calls to healthcare provider contacts, using a call script and Excel-based tracking to document responses. The position is ideal for someone who’s organized, comfortable on the phone, and ready to support healthcare provider engagement in a high-volume environment.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:15 PM CST


Responsibilities

Customer Service & Outreach

  • Make outbound calls using a provided list to engage healthcare providers
  • Prompt responses by following a scripted questionnaire
  • Ensure outreach occurs during designated time windows for each provider group
  • Track call activity and responses using Microsoft Excel
  • Maintain provider confidentiality and handle all interactions with professionalism
  • Demonstrate courtesy, respect, and service-oriented behavior in all communications
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance standards for call quality, productivity, and attendance

Team & Department Support

  • Identify and suggest process improvements
  • Meet assigned deadlines and maintain a consistent work schedule
  • Participate in team collaboration and cross-training efforts
  • Support departmental and organizational goals through day-to-day tasks
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong computer/data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software programs
