• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• NBCOT certification preferred.
• Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care.
• Provide skilled OT treatments to improve function, independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Establish measurable goals based on patient needs and monitor progress.
• Supervise and collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and required documentation.
• Provide education to patients, families, and facility staff.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to promote independence.
