Job summary

Excelsia Injury Care Harrisburg, PA is seeking a highly skilled Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join our interdisciplinary team. This role focuses on diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of motor vehicle and workers’ compensation injuries, with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule.

You will lead clinical evaluations, interpret diagnostics, perform necessary surgeries, and mentor staff in a collaborative, patient-centric environment dedicated to MM I and return-to-work outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Pennsylvania.
• Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery is required.
• Active DEA license and BLS/ACLS certification.
• Favorable malpractice history and expertise in traumatic musculoskeletal injuries.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee diagnosis and treatment plans for occupational and motor vehicle injuries.
• Perform surgical procedures to restore function.
• Interpret diagnostic tests to determine injury extent.
• Provide opinions on work-readiness and rehabilitation progress.
• Mentor clinical staff to ensure patient-centric care.
• Adhere to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in personal injury care.
