Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia.
• Visa providers eligible at Eastern Shore location only.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical care.
• Perform orthopedic procedures consistent with training and specialty focus.
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers, physical therapy, and clinical staff.
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and professional standards.
