Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work with diverse patient populations and shift rotations

Responsibilities

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs per unit standards
• Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary team to ensure safe transitions of care
• Delegate and supervise non-professional staff to support patient care
• Document accurately per Riverside Health System standards and regulatory requirements
