Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Orthodontics specialty certificate from an accredited residency program.
• Active dental license in the state of practice (Maryland).
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and professional ethics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a full range of orthodontic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Provide traditional braces, clear aligners, and other orthodontic treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families regarding options and expectations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with referring dentists and the practice's clinical team.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience while maintaining high clinical standards.
