Job summary

Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate LNA/PCA caregiver to join our Stratham, NH team on a part-time or per diem basis. Provide in-home personal care, support daily living activities, and help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

This role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives. You will work with a supportive care team, follow care plans, document observations, and communicate with supervisors.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills essential for patient and family interaction.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required for home visits.
• NH LNA or PCA certification preferred to perform caregiver duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence.
• Monitor and document client health status; report changes to supervisors/coordinators.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding per dietary guidelines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.

Requirements:

• Current NH Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification preferred
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical caregiving setting
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environment
• Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
• Dementia Training Certification a plus
