Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate Full Time LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our Stratham team. You will provide in-home care to help clients maintain independence and quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

Join a supportive care team with flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement. Prior caregiving experience and NH LNA/PCA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• NH LNA or PCA certification (preferred)
• Experience in home care, assisted living, or clinical caregiving
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a home care environment
• Background check and state compliance requirements
• Dementia training certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to supervisors or care coordinators
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed, following dietary guidelines
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
