Job summary

Palo Alto Therapy is hiring therapists to work with individuals, teens, and couples in a collaborative, supportive setting. We offer in-person and hybrid options with a therapist-owned practice that emphasizes excellent client matching and a strong clinical focus.

You'll join a team that handles scheduling and billing, allowing you to concentrate on delivering high-quality therapy. Expect weekly supervision, ongoing CE opportunities, and comprehensive training including CBT and OCD certification

Qualifications

• Active California license required (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
• Experience with individuals, teens, and couples.
• Gottman Method or EFT training preferred.
• Comfortable using CBT and other evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Available at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week; weekends a plus.

Responsibilities
