Ahead ABA in Gaithersburg, MD seeks a board-certified behavior analyst to lead in-home ABA services for children. You will develop and update treatment plans and supervise RBTs, delivering feedback to ensure high-quality care.

The role offers flexible part-time or full-time hours with a hybrid setup, including remote admin and parent training, and a supportive team environment.

Formación

• BCBA certification required.
• Maryland license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Team-first attitude and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication and parental coaching skills.

Ahead ABA is growing in Montgomery County, and we need a BCBA in the Gaithersburg area.

Part time or full time. You choose.
