Job summary

Hëda is seeking an associate optometrist for 3–4 days per week across Junction City, Wamego, and Manhattan, KS. The role offers a clear path to full-time as the practice grows, with strong mentorship and a supportive private-practice culture.

Compensation ranges from $78,000 to $150,000 annually with a benefits package including retirement, health benefits, PTO, student loan repayment, and CE support. Expect to participate in a thriving, patient-centered environment with OCT/Optomap imaging

Qualifications

• Experience in private practice is preferred.
• Mentorship and support are available for new grads.
• Candidate should be motivated to grow with the practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye exams and medical eye care.
• Manage a wide range of ocular pathologies (diabetic eye disease, glaucoma).
• Use OCT and Optomap imaging across all locations.
• Collaborate with the team to support ongoing growth and expansion.
• Support associate developers and participate in clinic growth planning.
