Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye exams and medical eye care.
• Manage a wide range of ocular pathologies (diabetic eye disease, glaucoma).
• Use OCT and Optomap imaging across all locations.
• Collaborate with the team to support ongoing growth and expansion.
• Support associate developers and participate in clinic growth planning.

Our Junction City location was recently purchased and remodeled and continues to experience strong growth. We are currently seeking an associate optometrist to add between 2–4 days per week initially, with a clear path to 5 days per week for a candidate interested in long-term growth.There is an immediate need for 1–2 days per week in Junction City, where we currently have a doctor seeing patients 2–3 days per week. In addition, there is an opportunity for at least one day per week in Wamego, with increased capacity anticipated as we move forward. A large renovation project is planned for our Wamego location in 2026–2027, which will allow us to better accommodate multiple doctors per day and support continued expansion.The ideal candidate is hardworking, positive, and enjoys practicing in a private practice setting with a strong, supportive culture. We manage a wide range of pathology, including diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, and glaucoma. OCT and Optomap imaging are available in all locations, supporting comprehensive medical eye care.We welcome both experienced optometrists and recent graduates and are happy to provide mentorship and support as needed to ensure a smooth transition into the practice.Bottom line, we are planning significant growth and scaling improvements over the next 2–4 years and are excited to add an associate who is motivated to be part of that journey.
