Job summary

Stockton Optometry and Downtown Optometry in Stockton, California, are seeking an Optometrist to join our team and continue a tradition of exceptional eye care.

Ideal candidates are licensed optometrists with myopia management experience and proficiency in scleral lens fittings, dry eye treatments (IPL/LLLT), and confident use of advanced diagnostic tools such as OCT and topography. Ownership potential is available for the right professional.

Qualifications

• Active Optometry license in California.
• Experience with myopia management.
• Proficient in scleral lens fittings.
• Knowledge of dry eye treatments, including IPL and LLLT.
• Comfortable working with specialty contact lenses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages.
• Manage a diverse range of ocular conditions, including myopia, keratoconus, dry eye, and glaucoma (if certified).
• Fit specialty lenses, including scleral lenses.
• Provide patient education on eye health, treatment options, and preventative care.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality care.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to enhance patient care, including OCT, Topography, and Slit-Lamp imaging systems.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the practice, with potential for future ownership.
